WISE presents its results at CONGREGA26 in Braga
The WISE project was present at CONGREGA26, held in Braga, Portugal, from 14 to 16 October. The 2nd Ibero-American and 3rd Portuguese Congress on Engineering Asset Management took place jointly with the 19th World Congress on Engineering Asset Management (WCEAM). It brought together specialists from many countries to discuss innovation and sustainability in asset management.
WISE contributed two oral presentations. Carlos Mendes (ISEL and SOLVIT) presented Smart Monitoring of Transportation Infrastructures, an overview of the project and its main results.
Maria Maia (UMinho) presented LSTM-Based Forecasting of Slope Displacements Using Multi-Resolution InSAR Data, showing how machine learning techniques applied to InSAR data can be used to forecast slope displacements.
WISE demonstrator shows real-time monitoring at CONGREGA26
The WISE project was present at CONGREGA26, held in Braga, Portugal, from 14 to 16 October. It brought together specialists from many countries to discuss innovation and sustainability in asset management.
At CONGREGA26, WISE also showcased a demonstrator of the integration platform developed in the project. Through a web interface, visitors could follow in real time the data from one sensor installed on site and four remote sensors placed on real infrastructure: the Asseca Bridge and the Portas do Sol slopes, both in Santarém.
The demonstration also included the integration of InSAR data and the results of the forecasting algorithms developed in the project.
